Day 1 Week 1


DAY 1

The hundred day penance was an idea that I got somwhere in May last. The idea was to stick to a goof fitness regime for 100 days, eat healthy, not smoke, perhaps not drink either and all that sort.

Considering that it took me all this time to get myself to actually implement it, I think I should blog it so that I can see why I always fail to implement things, although the planning is quite waterproof!

DAY 1
Wednesday 7 Jan
After a brief altercation with my beloved last evening, I slept early which was good in a way, cuz I got to wake up early. 4.5 km walk and abt 1 km of jogging in 1hr 15 minutes. I think its not bad for the first day.
