DAY 3

Watched 2 movies last night. The better one was 'The Kingdom' - Jamie Foxx. Finished at 1230, so got up only at 8 in the morning. so, bunk the walking today.

But the good news is, the Beloved's foot is back in action. The chipped nail is not so chipped anymore, or at least what she says. So GYM from tomorrow.

Gotto plan the logistics and the routine. But for now, yay!

Target: 150 days = lose 2-3 inches and the manboobs.

DAY 2

Interestingly and as it has happened many times in the past, I didn't follow up my so called regime today. However something good did happen yesterday. The altercation, after blowing itself up for 1.5 hrs, I managed to take the beloved to Cafe Latte, have a good coffee and once done, we just went on the 2nd floor of the same building and join the GYM. 6 months = 16k = not bad.

Starts Saturday cuz the beloved has a chipped nail. Chey!

Day 1 Week 1


DAY 1

The hundred day penance was an idea that I got somwhere in May last. The idea was to stick to a goof fitness regime for 100 days, eat healthy, not smoke, perhaps not drink either and all that sort.

Considering that it took me all this time to get myself to actually implement it, I think I should blog it so that I can see why I always fail to implement things, although the planning is quite waterproof!

DAY 1
Wednesday 7 Jan
After a brief altercation with my beloved last evening, I slept early which was good in a way, cuz I got to wake up early. 4.5 km walk and abt 1 km of jogging in 1hr 15 minutes. I think its not bad for the first day.
